About Us

Meet Melanie Unstead, the Owner, and EA Leadership Coach. With over two decades of global administrative expertise, Mel's journey from EA to certified Leadership and Organisational Coach speaks volumes about the untapped potential within Executive Assistants. Seeing the strain on Exec-Assistant relationships and its toll on individuals and businesses propelled Mel to start Exec-Assist.

Exec-Assist is grounded in Mel's unwavering values: simplicity, humour, collaboration, honesty, and integrity. Her commitment to these values has built a diverse team that supports Exec-Assist's vision and mission. Our grand mission is straightforward: to create lasting change, one relationship at a time.

Our grand mission is simple yet profound: to create change, one relationship at a time. Exec-Assist transcends mere corporate identity; we're a movement. Together, we're crafting a brighter, more collaborative future and although we specifically use the title Executive and Executive Assistant, we're embracing all administrative professionals and senior leaders, irrespective of their job title.
